About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization. This role involves significant travel, approximately three weeks a month, to open new locations for a well-known brand and Chef.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
• Deliver training sessions using effective instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
• Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees post-training to reinforce learning objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adult education and corporate training methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content development and delivery of training programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear instructional materials.
• Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
• Ability to educate employees on various topics while adapting to different learning styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
