About the position

Quiznos Goldsboro is seeking energetic and friendly individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours available between days, evenings, and weekends. The typical work hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Sundays. As a crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers, preparing food, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness in both the front and back of the house. You will also be required to wash dishes and take out the trash, ensuring that the restaurant meets health and safety standards. In this role, you will learn and adhere to specific recipes and portion control standards while following Quiznos franchise guidelines. You will utilize various kitchen utensils and appliances, including ovens, knives, and slicers, to prepare food efficiently and safely. Serving food in a courteous and respectful manner is essential, as is the ability to load, carry, and transport boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. You may also assist with catering events and deliveries as needed, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as the ability to handle food processing equipment and cash registers. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, are necessary to interact effectively with customers and team members. You should be able to manage varying workloads and meet deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
