About the position
The Restaurant Cashier at Love's plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position involves maintaining a clean work area, processing payments accurately, and ensuring high-quality food service. The role is designed for individuals with no prior experience, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties including taking food orders and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations such as sandwich making, fry station, and grill station.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions to deliver fresh and safe products to customers.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
