The Director of Restaurant Operations is a key leadership role within a rapidly growing fast/casual restaurant company located outside of metro Detroit. This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of all restaurant locations, focusing on enhancing performance through effective management of menu development, financial oversight, process improvements, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop long-term strategies aimed at optimizing efficiency and maximizing revenue while guiding the restaurant management team and Area Managers to adhere to company processes and systems.
