We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced restaurant team. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints professionally and effectively.
• Uphold food safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks such as restocking supplies, assisting with light cleaning, and other duties as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Fast learner with strong common sense.
• Ability to take the initiative and work independently when needed.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Certificate or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
