About the position

The Pasta House Co. is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the roles of Server, Busser, and Carryout Team Member. This position is integral to providing an exceptional dining experience, ensuring cleanliness, and facilitating curbside service. The ideal candidates will be trained to exceed guest expectations and contribute positively to the restaurant's atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to dine-in guests as a Server.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu and specials.
• Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of the front of house team.
• Clean and reset tables as a Busser to maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist servers at their tables to enhance service efficiency.
• Take and fulfill phone and online orders as a Carryout Team Member.
• Greet guests and create a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Bag orders and deliver them to guests' vehicles.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer if advanced to Cashier.

Requirements

• 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred).
• Availability for day and night shifts.
