About the position

As the General Manager at Marco's Pizza, you will lead and develop a team to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service while managing sales and controlling costs. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure alignment with company values.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all human resources aspects including scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering systems, including completing weekly and end-of-period inventory reports.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing strategies to improve business performance.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and planning to achieve goals.
• Ensure the store and exterior property are well-maintained.
• Implement proper security and verification procedures for handling deposits.

Requirements

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willingness to work about 50 hours per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
