Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness.
  • Understand and perform every job in the restaurant as needed.
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as the ultimate decision-maker.
  • Engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff.
  • Show respect and appreciation for individual team members' efforts and contributions.
  • Build an effective team through training and development, providing meaningful performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts.
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
  • Must be able to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
