Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.

• Ensure quality food and friendly service are consistently delivered.
• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable for standards.
• Schedule and deploy team members effectively.
• Maintain the point of sale system and report any failures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Create unity within the team by fostering cross-functional relationships.
• Respond to team member questions and resolve employee issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
