About the position

The General Manager at Taco Bell is responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring a positive experience for both employees and guests. Responsibilities

• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily operations.
• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure quality customer experience by driving fast and friendly service.
• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable for standards.
• Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Create unity in the team and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success.
• Utilize and interpret P&L statements to deliver profit and make financial adjustments.
• Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans for new employees.
• Minimize loss through strict observance of cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
