About the position

As the Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will lead the overall success of the restaurant operation by developing a team of top performers. Your role involves coaching, training, financial management, and providing clear direction to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for recruiting and training staff, fostering a positive culture, and measuring success through team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall restaurant operation and ensure success.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of restaurant/retail and people management experience.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls.
• Digitally driven with proficiency in various tools and platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation.
