About the position

As the General Manager at Marco's Pizza, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional product quality and customer service while driving sales and managing costs. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop team members to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.
  • Create an environment that promotes company culture and values to attract and retain employees.
  • Source and interview potential store employees to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies.
  • Ensure compliance with human resources processes including scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with management staff.
  • Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering systems, including completing weekly and end-of-period inventory reports.
  • Create store Action Plans to improve business performance and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the store and property exterior are well-maintained and secure.

Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience required.
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
  • Willingness to work about 50 hours per week, including some weekends.
