Responsibilities

• Lead the overall restaurant operation and ensure success.
• Coach and train existing team members to enhance performance.
• Oversee recruiting and training of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Empower team members to achieve career advancement and success.
• Implement improvements based on financial performance and P&L analysis.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes recognition and development.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of restaurant/retail and people management experience.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls.
• Digitally driven with proficiency in various tools and platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and their implementation.
