About the position

The Restaurant Manager at Rosewild is responsible for leading the Restaurant, Café, Bar, and In-Room Dining Service, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a balance of tactical and strategic thinking, with a focus on engaging with associates and guests while maintaining service standards. The position is integral to the success of the food and beverage operations within a rapidly growing company, emphasizing collaboration, humility, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the Restaurant, Café, Bar, and In-Room Dining Service.
• Execute daily breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner services.
• Engage with associates and guests before, during, and after services.
• Inspire and challenge team members to perform at their best.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to execute restaurant concepts at a high level.
• Maintain and execute the Standards of Service for the Restaurant.
• Offer direct support for the team through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
• Demonstrate business acumen by aligning initiatives with operational goals and budgets.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
