As a Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional food and customer service. In this role, you will work approximately 50 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes open, mid, and closing shifts based on the needs of the business. You will be expected to be available to work at any of the 12 CTI Restaurants locations, adapting to the dynamic environment of the restaurant industry. Your leadership will be crucial in growing sales and following brand standards, while also creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for your team. To succeed, you will need to complete all learning zones of the managerial training program through RGM level within 90 days of your hire date, as well as obtain your ServSafe Certification within the same timeframe. A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to lead and encourage your team are essential qualities for this position. You will also need to demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring that your team delivers awesome food and a superior customer experience.

Requirements
