As a Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional food and customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in growing sales and following brand standards, while also creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for your team. To succeed, you will need to complete all learning zones of the managerial training program through RGM level within 90 days of your hire date, as well as obtain your ServSafe Certification within the same timeframe. A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to lead and encourage your team are essential qualities for this position.
