About the position

The Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and managing the team effectively. This role involves recruiting, training, and empowering staff to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining brand standards and managing financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and engage customers and fellow Team Members alike
  • Train, coach, and recognize the talent before you
  • Manage P&L (Profit and Loss)
  • Drive growth through great service
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Work approximately 50 hours a week

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and P&L
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Taco Bell or similar fast-food franchises
