About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Implement financial controls and manage budgets, including profit and loss statements and payroll.
• Maintain staffing levels through effective hiring and scheduling.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure quality supplies are received.
• Prepare sales projections and establish profit objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
