About the position

The Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant. This position focuses on developing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing financial performance. The General Manager will coach and train staff, implement improvements based on performance metrics, and foster a positive work culture that aligns with Taco Bell's values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall restaurant operation and ensure success.
• Identify and train top-performing crew members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee recruiting and training of the team, promoting career advancement.
• Create a culture that is exciting, optimistic, and rewarding for employees.
• Measure success based on the performance and development of the team.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of restaurant/retail and people management experience.
• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls.
• Digitally driven with proficiency in various tools and platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and their implementation.
