Responsibilities

• Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders.
• Achieving and maintaining world-class operations, including a well-developed crew and staff, pristine restaurants, and strong financials.
• Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness by empowering teams.
• Understanding and performing every job in the restaurant.
• Being accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance and serving as the ultimate decision-maker.
• Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff.
• Demonstrating respect for individual team members and appreciating their contributions.
• Building an effective team through training and development, and providing meaningful performance feedback.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Must be able to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected to work 50 hours per week with open availability.
