About the position

The Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell is a dynamic leadership role focused on building and developing a high-performing team while overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes recruiting, training, managing P&L, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and driving profitability. The GM acts as a liaison with other leadership and promotes the company's culture and values within the restaurant.

• Maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness.
• Understanding and performing every job in the restaurant.

• Demonstrating respect for individual team members and appreciating their contributions.
• Building an effective team through training and development, providing timely performance feedback.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership experience on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week with open availability.
