As a Restaurant General Manager at Carrols Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in the operation of one of our BURGER KING restaurants, which generates over a million dollars in annual revenue. You will be responsible for developing business disciplines in various areas including Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls. In this role, you will work a demanding schedule of over 50 hours per week, which includes nights, weekends, and some holidays. You will frequently interact with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance the restaurant's public relations. Communication with suppliers and the Home Office will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that quality supplies are delivered and that the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures. You will oversee staffing levels, ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed and that employees are trained effectively. Your supervisory role will include ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service, that products meet quality standards, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and attractive environment. You will implement financial controls to manage the restaurant’s budget, oversee daily operations, and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
