About the position

The Restaurant Hospitality Manager at Golden Corral is responsible for fostering a welcoming and positive dining environment while managing the Front-of-the-House operations. This role involves leading a team to ensure high standards of service, food quality, and profitability, all while promoting a culture of hospitality. The manager will also oversee overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, ensuring that guests have a pleasurable dining experience that encourages loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House.
  • Select and lead friendly and talented Co-workers.
  • Manage human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation.
  • Ensure food quality, production, safety, and labor standards are met.

Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history in management within a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
