About the position

The Hospitality Manager at Golden Corral is responsible for fostering a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House, ensuring a warm and positive environment for both guests and staff. This role involves leading a team, managing financial resources, and overseeing restaurant operations to deliver a high-quality dining experience that encourages customer loyalty. The position also includes responsibilities in food quality, production, safety, and labor management in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
