About the position

The Restaurant Hospitality Manager at Golden Corral is responsible for fostering a welcoming and positive dining environment while managing the Front-of-the-House operations. This role involves leading a team to ensure high standards of hospitality, food quality, and operational efficiency, ultimately aiming to create loyal customers through exceptional service. The manager will also oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, ensuring profitability and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House.
  • Select and lead friendly and talented Co-workers.
  • Manage human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation.
  • Ensure a warm and positive dining environment for guests.
  • Oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history in management.
  • Experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
