Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs effectively.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to oversee customer service and provide leadership to restaurant staff.
• Desire to maintain high employee retention and productivity.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Proficient in using P&L and store reports for decision-making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
