About the position

Pizzeria Stella is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service in a vibrant, neighborhood pizzeria setting. The role involves leading staff, maintaining service standards, and driving sales while fostering a warm and welcoming dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff through daily service while ensuring quality and high sales.
• Maintain and train service standards for hourly team members.
• Utilize computer and accounting software for scheduling, payroll, and HR systems.
• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience that shows progression.
• Ability to maintain and train service standards of the restaurant to hourly team members.
• Skill in computer and accounting software including Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table, Onboarding, Payroll & HR systems.
• Experience with Italian & Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
