About the position

The Restaurant Manager at Guadalajara's 99 in Sierra Vista is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities

• Hire and train waitstaff and other positions.
• Build and maintain a detail-oriented team to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure profitable operations and meet Prime Cost minimum goals.
• Promote the restaurant through community events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Focus on building sales and forecasting future performance, including inside and to-go sales strategies.
• Produce labor schedules for FOH/BOH staff and meet/exceed minimum labor cap budget percentages.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations and maintain ServSafe certifications for all waitstaff.
• Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees.
• Follow and enforce all company policies.
• Manage problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Requirements
