About the position

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent guest and employee experiences while managing store operations. This position combines your passion for people with your restaurant management skills, allowing you to lead both front- and back-of-house responsibilities. You will receive support from the home office around the clock, equipping you with the resources needed to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
• Manage all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Lead and develop team members
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Drive business results through effective management practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver's license
