About the position

Hooters of America LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Fayetteville location. This role involves managing various operational responsibilities, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and drink presentation. The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, vendor management, employee selection, and training. The position emphasizes performance management of hourly employees, particularly in the Front of House, while also handling business administration tasks such as payroll and financial reporting. Responsibilities

  • Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, including hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards.
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet the business needs.
  • Assist in the selection of Front of House and Back of House employees.
  • Support the training and development of restaurant employees.
  • Manage performance of all hourly employees, focusing on Front of House staff.
  • Complete general business administration tasks, including payroll and financial reporting.
  • Promote the business, build sales, and increase profits while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Oversee food and beverage quality and menu/product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and local store marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
