About the position

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver's license
