About the position

The Restaurant Manager at Dunkin' is responsible for leading and managing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from maintaining brand standards to developing team members and driving sales. The position offers a structured training program to prepare managers for success and provides opportunities for career advancement within the franchise group.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
  • Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
  • Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
  • Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
  • Control costs to help maximize profitability.
  • Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
  • Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.
  • Completion of vendor orders.
  • Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans.
  • Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee.
  • Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
  • Lead team meetings.
  • Deliver training to restaurant team members.
  • Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.

  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
