About the position

Rose's Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting our Michelin-starred restaurants including Rose's Luxury, Little Pearl, Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy. This role is essential in assisting the Senior Leadership Team with office administration and the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. The coordinator will be involved in various tasks such as dish and menu costing, coordinating calendar invites, booking travel and accommodations, managing inventory, and handling logistics for small events. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role requires a high level of independence and responsibility, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheet management are essential for success in this position. The Restaurant Operations Coordinator will need to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills, as these are critical to the smooth operation of our restaurants. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Leadership Team with office administration support for day-to-day operations.
  • Perform dish and menu costing to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate calendar invites and manage scheduling for various teams.
  • Book travel and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Manage inventory and assist with supply ordering.
  • Handle logistics for small events and special projects.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
