As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to advance your career through various roles, starting as a Restaurant Manager with a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $80,000, plus continuous service bonuses and an additional $6,000 annual bonus for holding a 4-year degree. The career path includes opportunities to become a District Manager overseeing 2-3 restaurants, with an average salary of $83,000-$113,000, and a Division Manager managing 6-9 restaurants, earning between $109,000-$138,000. The average time to promotion is 1-2 years for District Managers and 3-5 years for Division Managers, allowing for rapid career growth within the company. Additionally, Waffle House offers a unique opportunity for company stock ownership, allowing employees to invest in Waffle House stock through payroll deductions of up to 10% of their income after 90 days or upon promotion to Restaurant Manager. Annual stock options are granted based on a percentage of income, and career stock options are awarded at hire and with each promotion. Requirements
