Your role will also involve financial management, including budgeting and cost control, to ensure the profitability of the restaurant. Career advancement is a key focus at Waffle House, with clear pathways for growth. Starting as a Restaurant Manager, you can expect a salary range of $63,000 to $80,000, with additional bonuses for continuous service and educational achievements. As you progress to District Manager and Division Manager roles, your earning potential increases significantly, with average salaries reaching up to $138,000.
