About the position

The Restaurant Server at Belmont Village Scottsdale is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to residents and their guests in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role involves taking meal orders, ensuring efficient meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant.
• Take meal orders from residents and guests and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale System.
• Complete front of house side work in preparation for meal service to ensure efficiency, organization, and sanitation.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations within the Belmont Village community.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on position.
• Interest in working with the aging population.
