About the position

The Restaurant Server at Leisure Care is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for residents in a senior living community. This role involves ensuring the smooth flow of service from the kitchen, assisting residents with their dining preferences, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. The position emphasizes hospitality and teamwork, contributing to a positive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all residents receive their food and beverage preferences in a timely manner.
• Assist residents at the salad bar and beverage station as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and knowledge of menu offerings.
• Keep the restaurant clean and properly set up to meet resident expectations.

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Server experience preferred, but not required.
