About the position
Barrel & Vine is seeking highly motivated and capable servers to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The role involves providing excellent guest experiences by serving food and drinks, interacting with customers, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Experience in serving
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
