About the position

The Restaurant Services Supervisor for Japanese Cuisine at Table Mountain Casino is responsible for overseeing Food and Beverage personnel in the assigned area, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to operational standards. This role involves training staff, managing schedules, and resolving guest concerns to maintain a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage personnel in the assigned food outlet or area.
• Assist management in identifying guest service needs and deploying resources for excellent service.
• Verify that Food and Beverage services meet the standards set by the Restaurant Services Manager and Casino Service objectives.
• Monitor training of all personnel on service standards, including ServSafe and guest service protocols.
• Provide necessary tools and resources to Team Members for effective job performance.
• Ensure compliance with Casino, Food and Beverage operational policies and regulations.
• Maintain visibility in the outlets and on the Casino floor throughout the shift.
• Assist in creating work and break schedules and conducting Team Member evaluations.
• Support Team Member career development through mentoring and coaching.
• Meet with guests to address and resolve concerns according to service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Three years of cash-handling and guest service experience required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong decision-making skills required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
