Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management activities and duties.
  • Ensure all Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations.
  • Take necessary action to ensure outstanding hospitality service and exceed guest needs.
  • Monitor all aspects of the restaurant's operation to anticipate and correct problems.
  • Enforce and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor staffing levels and labor costs effectively.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
  • Train and provide direction and supervision for Team Members.
  • Support efforts to maximize sales and profits while minimizing controllable costs.
  • Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during shifts.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain personal appearance and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
  • Reliable transportation and communication method with the restaurant.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work around high temperatures and in close quarters with others.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Ability to work with various cleaning products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain respect from the team and focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
