About the position

The Service Team Member at Fazoli's plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including cashier duties, drive-thru service, guest ambassador tasks, and kitchen support, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and recommend meals and add-ons as a Cashier.
• Process orders and complete payment transactions at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Ensure order accuracy and thank Guests for their business in the drive-thru.
• Assist dining room Guests as a Guest Ambassador, including delivering meals and fulfilling service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and condiment areas.
• Coordinate kitchen flow as an Expeditor to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food items as a Kitchen Team Member according to recipe specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain inventory levels as a Kitchen Lead.
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met as an Oven Coordinator.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and pizzas as a Sandwich Station team member.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen utensils as a Dishwasher.
• Prepare food items to pre-established inventory levels as directed by management.
