Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using Aloha POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is essential to ensure guest safety.
• Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
