About the position

The Restaurant Vice President of Operations is a pivotal leadership role within our organization, based in Oklahoma City, OK, with a focus on overseeing operations across 10 full-service restaurants and 3 distinct concepts. You will be responsible for menu development, implementing strategic plans, and driving process improvement initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with senior leadership will be crucial in aligning operations with the overall business objectives of the company. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners, providing guidance and mentorship to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and project management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee 10 full-service restaurants and 3 concepts
  • Lead and oversee all operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of multi-unit, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management
  • Demonstrated success in business development and driving operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
