About the position

Come work for an award-winning Restoration company as their next ALL STAR Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager charts the course, develops a vision, and implements the plan that will propel the company towards increased market share and greater brand recognition. Reporting directly to the President, the Business Development Manager will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills. This position is accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets. The Business Development Manager will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong local network within the restoration industry and hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals. They should be strategic, persistent, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, along with the desire to be part of an established company. Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills are essential to actively implement ideas. Curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also key attributes for success in this role. Experience in sales and business development specifically within the restoration industry is required.
