About the position

The Business Development Manager at our award-winning Restoration company will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Reporting directly to the President, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for charting the course, developing a vision, and implementing a comprehensive plan that aligns with our business objectives. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering measurable results that not only meet but exceed revenue and margin targets. Your contributions will extend beyond business development; you will provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing functions, ensuring that our strategies are effective and aligned with market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the restoration industry and hands-on experience in strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to thrive in an established company.
