The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving growth for a well-established commercial restoration company. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with experience in business development, particularly in the restoration industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and residential restoration sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in Business Development.
  • 1+ years of mitigation/restoration sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in commercial/residential construction.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Background in mitigation and restoration.
  • Highly motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a similar role within the restoration industry.
  • Familiarity with project management in construction.
