Restoration/Demolition - Laborer

About the position

Talisman Construction Services, Inc. is seeking Laborers for their restoration and demolition divisions. The role involves working on various construction projects across Eastern Washington, Northeastern Oregon, North Idaho, and Western Montana. Candidates will receive necessary training and are expected to handle physical demands while being willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restoration and demolition projects as assigned.
• Perform concrete and masonry repairs for the restoration division.
• Carry out general labor tasks and site work for the demolition division.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Travel to various project sites as required.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete repair, masonry repair, or related field for the restoration division.
• Experience as a general laborer, site work, or general construction for the demolition division.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently during a work shift.
• Current valid driver's license.
