About the position

The Field Supervisor at FRSTeam by Rogers is responsible for managing and assisting a field crew in the moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, and transport of household goods for both residential and commercial customers. This role requires strategic planning for furniture moves, ensuring a positive customer experience, and overseeing daily logistics while representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist the field crew in moving, packing, wrapping, and transporting household goods.
• Drive a 16-foot diesel moving truck to customer locations, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Perform introductions of the team with customers and conduct initial walk-throughs to discuss move plans.
• Document pre-existing damage to items and buildings before the move.
• Load and unload trucks safely, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed during the move.
• Maintain communication with customers and team members throughout the moving process.
• Finalize the move with customers, ensuring satisfaction and processing payments.

Requirements

• Leadership skills required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
