The Restoration General Manager will oversee operations within a well-established commercial restoration company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration projects. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive project management experience to ensure quality and efficiency in restoration efforts.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Project Management
• High School Diploma, GED, or Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Xactimate experience preferred
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
• Commercial/Residential construction experience
• Background in mitigation/Reconstruction
• Highly-motivated and proactive
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
