About the position

The Restoration General Manager will oversee operations within a well-established restoration construction company, focusing on both commercial and residential projects. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in restoration, capable of managing staff, projects, and schedules while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and project management in restoration operations.
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in restoration work.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Understand and manage PNL, job volume, cash flow, and gross profit.
• Provide leadership and direction to the restoration team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restoration management.
• Experience in residential and commercial mitigation and rebuild.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
• IICRC qualifications preferred but experience is acceptable.
• Ability to oversee staff and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
