About the position

The Restoration Operations Manager will oversee restoration projects within a well-established construction company, focusing on both residential and commercial restoration. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with extensive experience in restoration operations, including mitigation and rebuild processes. The manager will be responsible for staff oversight, project management, and scheduling, ensuring high-quality service delivery in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage staff and project scheduling effectively.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in project execution.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration tasks.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in restoration operations.
• Experience in residential and commercial mitigation and rebuild.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes is a plus.
• IICRC qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to oversee staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual.
